The members page, is a page where you may view all the members or pending members of your group.
From here you may add a new member, view, accept and decline pending members, edit an existing member, delete a member, convert a member to a facilitator, remove the need for a member to fill in forms and much more.
Below is a full list of al the main features of this page:
Add member
When you land on the Members page, as the Admin you may add members by clicking on the Add member link at the top of the module.
User roles
When you land on Members page, you may see the user roles under Meeting Attendees section.
There are three roles. Admin, Facilitator, Team Member. Please click on the table below to see what each role means.
The admin is the person who created the project/ group and is the billing admin amongst other things. All other users are Team Members unless you convert a team member into a facilitator. More on how to do this below.
User permissions
There are several different user permissions that you may select or deselect for a given user. Click the link below to see a full list of all current user permissions.
Editing permissions of member
As an Admin you may edit the permissions of all members and facilitators by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots next to their name and selecting Edit permissions.
Make Facilitator
As an Admin may make any Team member a Facilitator by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots next to their name and selecting Make facilitator.
Edit permissions
As an Admin you may edit the permissions of members and facilitators by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots next to their name and selecting Edit permissions.
Disable fill form
As an Admin you may disable the option of an individual from filling in feedback forms by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Disable fill form.
Remove member
As an Admin you may remove a member or facilitator by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Remove.
View Pending Members
When users apply for your Mastermind, you may view them at the bottom of the members page, under Pending Members. Below are a list of things you may do with these pending members.
Accept member
As an Admin or Facilitator you may approve a pending member by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Accept under the Pending Members section.
Accept member pending payment
As an Admin or Facilitator you may approve a member pending payment by clicking on the 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Accept pending payment under the Pending Members section. This will send an email to the user with the payment link you provided on the settings page.
Decline member (email message)
You as an Admin can decline a pending member by clicking on 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Decline under Pending Members section. This will bring up a popup, where you may write a personal message to that user, which will be sent via email.
Email member
As an Admin you may send a personal email to a pending member by clicking on 3 vertical aligned dots and selecting Email under the Pending Members section. This will bring up a popup, where you may write a personal message to that user, which will be sent via email.
