We strongly recommend you to schedule a retrospective form to be sent out to your team members every week.
This will allow your team to reflect on their performance and happiness based on the team goals achieved in that particular week. 

Implementing weekly reflections in your team will allow them to identify any issues or improvements to be make much quicker.

However, this is entirely up to you and how quickly you want to see results!
